- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I gave Ford Dent Munn a $10,000.00 retainer and after I fired him for incompetence he never gave me an accounting of his fees. He did not make an offer to the complainant that I instructed him to do forcing me to go to trial. I believe he did this to continue dragging this case out. He told me numerous times that business was slow so I suspect this is why he attempted to drag this case out. .
